Motheo has been awarded the following projects in a 50/50 Joint venture with WBHO – Total value R 550 Million

Projects are for Divercity Group (Atterbury & Ithemba) – Both starting February 2019

JEWEL CITY – R 283 Million

The project takes up 6 Johannesburg inner city blocks & comprises refurbishing 3 buildings for retail and commercial space.

As well as construction of 12 story building with retail and 670 apartments.

ABSA TOWERS MAIN- R 267 Million

Project comprises a 30 story office building refurbishment

the first 10 story's are offices for ABSA the remainder is converted into 532 apartments and 1 restaurant level
